Knoxing – App Development, SEO, iPhones & Stuff

denver cams iphoneI was asked recently by a company if it were possible to build a simple web app to display the images from their web cameras to an iPhone web app so the employer could watch his property while away via his iPhone.

It really is simple, I built a quick web app using the Knox iPhone template to illustrate this.

Instead of “his” images I just made a traffic cam type of app for Denver – remember it’s just an example, takes just minutes.  The full template has far more features than shown in this quick example.

Feel free to use the source code of the example to see how simple it is and build something of your own, yes the images for the cams are hotlinked. Get the full template to build comprehensive iPhone websites.

  1. Now I just with someone would write the software for the Iphone to make it work with the GE Security electronic lock boxes we in real estate business use.

  2. Knox says:

I saw a system like that in Florida a few years back – it was palm based and don’t they work through the IR port?

I don’t see the iPhones doing that, for a while.

Our brains are composed of millions of individual neurons which are not connected, but do have simple input/output devices, a basic firing mechanism allowing a neuron to connect with another, or a network of neurons.
