The collective wish of billions of searches.
Google Sets provides lists of what your users type into a search box to find – hopefully you.
So make your post/site/page relevant to what not only what YOU want it to be about, but those looking for you.
If I’m going to write a post that I want to rank for a given term, say… SEO – I need to mention it in the content. DUH! But without sounding repetitive, what else can I type that means the same thing, or at least close to it? Google Sets allows you to input some terms, and using their huge bank of data will provide a list (set) of relevant terms that you can use that is interpreted to be relevant to what you want to post.
Doesn’t need much explanation, just a realization.
For example, If I put in SEO and Internet Marketing, I get:
seo, internet marketing, search engine optimization, web design, hosting, search engine placement, search engine marketing, web hosting, website design, domain name, search engine, marketing, website development, website optimization, and search engine submission
So make some pages/posts with varying copy that each target the given terms – this will theme your site.
Not too shabby. Seems obvious now, doesn’t it?

Sounds good…
New to me these Google sets …of course you utilise few targeted keywords in Google terms from this helpful tool..
Thanks
Few, this site is ‘how-to’, bait, client feeder – not a pure “seo blog” – (I can’t play on client sites;)
Granted, a little more than half the traffic here are looking for the toys, but I like to use this space for personal amusement, creativity and ruse.
People who need seo don’t typically type those words in, they aren’t educated about it much less the acronyms we use.
If you can promote/push/seo/bury anything competitive, you’ve earned it.
Dang, I need a nap, ramblin’ again.
Glad you found the tool useful. Google, with all their various tools and hints give us much more than most think.
Good luck with your ventures.
Wow, Cool yet another way to address this. when trying to rank for something I have run into this constantly, and wondered how much is to much.

Everytime I spend a little time reading over here I pick up something valuable. I swear I read this post a few months ago and didn’t fully understand the point. That’s the feeling I get on re-reading many things in this blog. Maybe it just takes time to understand some of these concepts.
Lol – I know this blog is so fragmented it gets confusing A usability expert would hang me! It scheduled to be redone but with every little step forward client work put this on hold.
I admit though, I like this chaos a little – but that frustrates users, I admit that too.
