Got Another

On June - 28 - 2007

Thanks to a Starbuck buddy for holding my 5 minutes of effort for a great pic. Telling the truth is a powerful thing. (also an ultimate defense to frivolous claims) Read the rest of this entry »

Greg Boser – the evil SEO that has done what he was contracted to do is suspected of committing a horrible act, HIS JOB.

As posted in forums and blogs all over the real estate space and even on Matt Cutt’s blog, real estate website owners are very upset that Google has penalized sites employing tactics that go against the stated Google guidelines.

Ok, first of all it sucks to have a website de-listed or penalized in any way. BUT – whining and crying, complaining and blaming and divining the “reason” is stupid, especially when you admit your site was spammy. Read the rest of this entry »

Idea From Denver PD

On June - 23 - 2007

Yes, I got ANOTHER ticket! My time of badging out of traffic stops is over. I’ve invested in 360` radar/laser detectors. Light refracting license plate covers (for those stupid photo red light jobs) and I keep a live feed of dispatch running on one speaker.

Ok, I COULD slow down, I know, but if that’s what I wanted to do I’d buy a freakin ricer. Read the rest of this entry »

On June - 12 - 2007

Yes I use WordPress – it’s awesome. I got an email asking what plug-ins I use here, but I’ll get to that another time

Here are some plug-ins that I don’t use, but LOVE. I’ll get them in here in time, but use these on client sites.

Focus Is Key To Online Success

On June - 11 - 2007

Just have to say how nice it is to FINALLY have a client that is interested in their web presence as I am. Too often (especially the last 6 months for me) I find people who has a great idea. They want is marketed to the moon and back. We meet, we talk, we plan…. then they call with a new idea. “Forget the old idea”… and then stat over.

FOCUS!!! Finally, someone with focus. Finally someone who will let a strategy take hold and not run away when they learn about the timing of a solid plan.

THANK YOU! You know who you are and thanks for your confidence in me. (and the freakin’ investigation – that was actually very smart of you)

You will do well.

Short List To Unique Blogs

On June - 5 - 2007

A tech savvy viewer won’t give you any credibility if your blog looks like everything else.

Get a unique look. I love this wordpress template generator. No, I wouldn’t use its generated template as a theme, but it’s a great way to experiment with colors and gain inspiration. If you find something you like you can go ahead and tweak the code for SEO. Read the rest of this entry »
